Yes, screening is required.How do I book an appointment?
If you are a return client then you may book your appointment by calling me direct line or by completing the contact form.New Clients can go to my Booking form to schedule a appointment. It is highly preferred that you use the booking form. A minimum of 1 hours notice is suggested for appointments.
Why do you need my personal and work information?
Screening methods verify that you are the actual individual that will be entering my private residence. This is for yours and my safety and security. Your personal and work information is required. This information is not shared or stored.If you are not comfortable providing your information then that is your choice. I am quite sure you understand that I must be firm in my verification process to insure my safety and I shall wish you well with your search.
Why do you need my stats (age/height/weight)?
This information is needed to insure you are of legal and appropriate maturity to obtain services. This will insure that my equipment will be safe and secure. My massage table holds up to 400 pounds.Why does the screening process seem to be lengthy?
If you have not provided all required info as clearly requested on the booking form then this could be one reason.Please remember that the more information you provide in a timely fashion the quicker we can move forward with scheduling a session.
